The Mahou Pizzas Fest 2025: A Slice of Heaven in Poblé Espanyol
Are you ready for a culinary adventure that celebrates the art of pizza-making in one of Barcelona’s most iconic locations? The Mahou Pizza Fest 2025 is back, and it’s bigger, cheesier, and tastier than ever! Set against the stunning backdrop of Poblé Espanyol, this festival promises to be a feast for the senses, combining delicious food, live entertainment, and the vibrant energy of the city.

This year’s edition is all about showcasing the diversity of pizza styles from around the world. Whether you’re a fan of the classic Neapolitan, prefer a thin Roman crust, or want to try creative toppings from fusion cuisines, there will be something for everyone. Local and international chefs will be firing up their ovens to bring their unique takes on this universally loved dish.
Ten of Barcelona’s finest pizzerias will be featured, including Luigi, Pizza Social Club, Positano, Dallas Pizza, Giorgio, Vitali, Pizzaart Badalona and Mamma la pizza.
While it is not specified how these ten were chosen, one can assume that it is a combination of quality and pay to play. There is a judging aspect to this festival as well, and the top pies will take home some awards.

FREE ENTRANCE to pizzaSfest FOR CATALONIA RESIDENTS
This year there are two options for entrance. There is a free entrance if you are a Catalonia resident, but that is only contingent on space available, and there is a paid ticket, which allows guaranteed access, as well as a pizza slice, a souvenir glass, and priority access at the restaurant queues. There are also lunch and evening tickets available, so that you can maximize your ability to miss the crowds. See below on how to purchase a ticket.
Beyond the slices themselves, the festival will feature live music performances, interactive pizza-making workshops, and even a pizza-eating contest for those brave enough to participate. All of Poblé Espanol will be transformed into a Pizza playground. Pair your slices with refreshing Mahou beer, the event’s official sponsor, and let the good times roll.
